- Begin using Extra Virgin Olive Oil, butter and other healthy oils in place of all partically hydrogenated and hydrogenated oils!
- Begin consuming more raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes and beans in place of processed foods!
- Begin consuming only properly raised meats instead of the kinds bought in most grocery stores!

- Begin getting fresh air instead of being in closed enviroments everyday!
